| Rule Relating To Career Income And Awards |

This income or awards are effective from 21.12.2011 onwards . These are Calculated on pair income only. These have to be qualified on the basis of period from the date of registration, number of pair or his total team strength. |

| 2. Mobile of Samsung with Reliance Connection. |
| |
| 3. Mobile Recharge will be awarded. |
| |
| 4. Net Book will be awarded |
| |
| 5. Bike of any make of Rs 45,000 will be awarded. |
| |
| 6.Salary of Rs. 5000 shall be given for 12 months. |
| |
| 7. Home decoration Rs.100,000 (One Lac) |
| |
| 8. Tata Nano car will be awarded. |
| |
| 9. Alto car will be awarded. |
| |
| 10. Salary of Rs.15,000 shall be given for 24 months. |
| |
| 11.
Chevrolet Beat car will be awarded. |
| |
| 12. Salary of Rs.20,000 shall be given for 36 months. |
| |
| 13.
Tata Safary car will be awarded.. |
| |
| 14. Salary of Rs.25,000 shall be given for 60 months. |
| |
| 15. Flat of Rs 21,00,000.. |
| |
| ** redemption of car and flat is allowed with 20% deduction. |
| |
| GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS |
| |
| 1. Closing day will be wednesday of every week . |
| |
| 2. Minimum cheque will be issued if the amount is greater than or equal to Rs. 600/-. |
| |
| 3. All payment will be made through net banking. |
| |
| 4. Product can be booked with Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) only. |
| |
| 5. Company reserves the rights to change/ modify/ any part of the incomes/ gifts/ awards/ career income/ plan without any prior notice. |
| |
| 6. The person should provide his address proof and photo proof with the application form. that there will be admin charge of 10% for those who have submitted there pan card with application form . |
| |
| 7. Those who have not submitted there pan card,admin charge will be 20% for them. |
| |
| Deductions |
| |
| 1. 10%deduction of development charge.20%deduction for non pan card holders. |
| |
2. A deduction of Rs.1000\-shall be mode form the payout of all the associates as one time membership charge from8th month |
| |
3. deduction of Rs.6000\- shall be made from the ninth closing income for re-entry with Your choice of product. |
| |
4. A deduction of Rs.6000\- shall be made from the twelfth closing income for renewal in case of insurance |

5. T.D.S. shall be deducted as per Govt norms, |
| |
| No Cash Transaction |
| |
1.The company is strict on its no cash transaction policy. No cash transaction is allowed under any circumstances in case of any cash transaction the company will not be responsible under any circumstances |

2. Only Account payee cheque \ D.D. drawn in favour of INNERPEAK MARKETING PRIVTE LIMITED, payable at Kolkata will be accepted. |
