| (1) Everyone is eligible to earn upto tenth closing income without introducing any associate. |
| (2) To achieve 11th
you must introduce 2 associates within 30 days

| (3) Closing date will be
25th of every month. |
| (4) 5% deduction

shall be made from 9th closing income as for re-entry |
| (7) Deduction of Rs. 6000/-
shall be made from 12th closing income as for renewal |
| (8) T.D.S shall be deducted as per Govt.Norms. |

| Conditions to Apply |
| a) Each associate is equal to > 6000. |
| b) The income projected is subject to the 100% growth of the Company. |
| c) INNERPEAK MARKETING PVT. LTD. reserves the right to change/modify/upgrade any part of this project without any prior notice. |

| Company's Right
|
| The Company reserves the right to deduct, at any time, any overdue invoices from any commission or awards due for payment to the Distributor. The company shall not give commission or awards for any losses suffered due to price changes, range changes or products being out of stock. Further, the Company reserves the right to make any changes, expand or revise the content, description, range, prices and formulation of the products, including any changes in the marketing strategy, business plan, qualification criteria, policies and procedures, rules and regulations from time to time with immediate effect and shall be notified on the website.
